YPH AI and YPH AI are operated by YPH AI PRIVATE LIMITED (UEN 202525894Z), the organisation responsible for personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore ("PDPA").
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data when you visit our websites, create an account, participate in Collabs, upload Actors or seed videos, purchase credits, or otherwise interact with the Service.
It applies to visitors, account holders, Collab owners, and participants. Enterprise or API customers may be subject to additional data processing agreements.
2. Data controller
YPH AI PRIVATE LIMITED (UEN 202525894Z) is the organisation responsible for personal data described here.
Privacy contact: privacy@yourproducthere.ai (general privacy) · michel@yourproducthere.ai (legal notices)
3. Personal data we collect
Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:
- Account data: name, email address, authentication identifiers, organisation membership, country, language preference.
- Profile and usage data: Digital Samples, Collab settings, applications, approvals, credits, trust score, posting locks, support tickets, and in-app actions.
- Biometric and media data: face and body images, voice recordings, seed videos, render outputs, and metadata needed for AI processing and Proof-of-Post.
- Social and distribution data: declared handles, submitted post URLs, and automated validation results.
- Payment data: billing contact details and transaction references (card data is processed by payment providers, not stored by us in full).
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, cookies, logs, security signals, and analytics events.
- Communications: emails, waitlist sign-ups, and messages you send us.
4. How we use personal data
We use personal data to operate and grow our business, including:
- Providing the Service: authentication, rendering, storage, Collab workflows, credit accounting, and customer support.
- Safety and integrity: fraud prevention, ban enforcement, Proof-of-Post verification, trust scoring, and abuse detection.
- Billing and administration: subscriptions, invoices, tax records, and account management.
- Product improvement: debugging, analytics, aggregated reporting, and improving AI quality (using de-identified or pseudonymised data where feasible).
- Marketing and growth: service announcements, waitlists, and promotional messages where permitted (you may opt out of non-essential marketing).
- Legal compliance: responding to lawful requests, enforcing terms, and protecting rights.
5. Consent and other bases (PDPA)
Under the PDPA, we generally rely on: (a) your consent (e.g. account creation, biometric uploads, marketing); (b) contractual necessity to deliver the Service you request; and (c) legitimate interests that are not overridden by your interests—such as securing the platform, preventing fraud, and understanding product usage—provided we notify you appropriately.
You may withdraw consent for optional processing (e.g. marketing) without affecting core Service features that do not depend on that processing. Withdrawal of consent for essential processing (e.g. biometric rendering, or analytics tied to your account while you use the Service) may require closing your account.
We do not offer a separate in-product opt-out for first-party product analytics while you remain an active user. If you do not agree to analytics described in this Policy, do not use the Service.
Where we rely on deemed consent or legitimate interests under PDPA, we will do so only where permitted and with appropriate safeguards.
6. Disclosure of personal data
We do not sell personal data. We disclose data to:
- Service providers and subprocessors that host infrastructure, send email, process payments, provide analytics, or run AI rendering—under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
- Collab counterparties where necessary for the workflow (e.g. owners reviewing applicant handles; participants seeing campaign terms).
- Professional advisers, auditors, or insurers under confidentiality duties.
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and property.
- Successors in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy or equivalent protections.
7. Cross-border transfers
Our providers may process data outside Singapore (for example in the United States or European Union). Where PDPA requires it, we ensure appropriate protection through contractual clauses, provider certifications, or your consent.
8. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax, and dispute-resolution requirements.
Biometric and media assets may be deleted or anonymised when you remove an Actor, close your account, or after a defined inactivity period, subject to backups and legal holds.
Aggregated or de-identified data may be kept longer for analytics and service improvement.
9. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organisational measures appropriate to the risk (access controls, encryption in transit, logging, vendor review). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Your rights
Subject to PDPA and applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or withdrawal of consent relating to your personal data we control.
Submit requests to privacy@yourproducthere.ai. We may verify your identity before responding. We aim to respond within reasonable periods required by law.
If you believe we have not handled your personal data in accordance with the PDPA, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) in Singapore after first giving us an opportunity to resolve your concern.
12. Marketing communications
We may send product updates or offers to your email where permitted. You can unsubscribe using the link in messages or by contacting privacy@yourproducthere.ai.
Singapore Do Not Call Registry rules apply to telemarketing; we do not use your data for unsolicited telemarketing without appropriate consent.
13. Children
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Contact us to request deletion if you believe we have collected a child's data.
14. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acknowledgement where permitted.
